Purchase & Pickup

Only the Good Sound, LLC provides high-fidelity ear filters available for purchase through our website. After purchasing, customers can pick up their products at designated venues as detailed at the point of sale. All sales are final upon purchase. Customers are responsible for picking up their purchases at the designated venue. Only the Good Sound LLC is not liable if a customer fails to pick up their purchased product.

In the event that a venue runs out of inventory, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team (info@onlythegoodsound.com) to inquire about potential refunds or alternative solutions to pickup their ear filters.

Refund Policy

Only the Good Sound, LLC operates with an "all sales are final" policy. However, exceptions are noted below:

  • Inventory Shortages: If the venue runs out of inventory and you cannot receive the product you purchased, please contact our customer support at info@onlythegoodsound.com within 48 hours of the event to discuss a refund or alternative arrangement.
  • Product Defects: If the product you picked up is defective, contact our customer support within 24 hours of pickup with proof of defect for potential refund or replacement considerations.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products not picked up by the customer at the designated venue.
  • Products damaged after being picked up by the customer.
